Daddy Internet

When i was a kid, i had only one person to turn ask all the stupidest possible questions..umm maybe a few intelligent one’s as well. My father…

When i was growing, the queries lessened…i began to reason..we all do that sometime in our lives, dont we? 🙂 Although i was a bit late at that, somehow i found out a way to deal with my daily sack full of questions ranging from how a light bulb is made to why Mr. Saddam Hussian was a bad man (circa ’91 Gulf War).Or Mr. Bush for that matter…Pappa was happy that i was developing opinions about the happenings in the world and referring to papers and quiz books that he had got for me from every official tour he made out of town…And yes taking the newspaper to morning potty :D..

When i reached my teens, i started testing my knowledge..took part in Quizzes, won them and read a lot..But still Pappa was always there, just in case…

Now when i have reached an age when i am supposed to be ‘learned’…look who i turn to…to find out ’10 things to do when sick and stuck on bed’…n no of blogs that voice a new opinion every as it happens..books to read …sorry e-books….Uncle Wiki..Granpa Google. and my daddy, Daddy Internet…

The breather is, I still take the morning paper to the loo…and when at home fight with Dad on who gets to read the Sunday Times first :)..

    He he…. 🙂

Good one. Although i was never the GK, and quiz types i do agree wid the fact that pappa was always around when in doubt. And yes he always taught me how to make an independent opinion. I am who i am today all because of my parents.

And yes even though there is daddy internet and grandpa Google 😀 , i still turn to my good ol’ pappa when it comes to any questions about cricket and he will gladly answer it. (With a big smirk on his face which he will desperately try to hide 😉 )

Lastly….. i don agree wid the morning paper n d loo….. Honestly that’s like…… yaaieekkkssss!!!! he he never mind… to each his own….

    keep writing 🙂

May be we don’t generally inquire our daddy’s abt porn or why the above code throws @#@%$ exception/error, so the daddy internet usage is limited to the moral doubts 🙂 !!!

Anyways, good goin (again), and I love the current WP theme, just download a CSS for me !!

I read this blog on Mother’s Day ( as per UK calendar)

I feel..queries don’t lessen as you grow up.
If growing up would have solved all the problems, there would have been no problems in the world.

In the context of Quiz and GK..well yeah, NOW google helps and teaches a lot..provided you’ve got the flair to learn.

And today google is celebrating Pi day..for all the Math Nerds..( one? ) 🙂
